At papergiftings.com, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of your online purchase for a refund, provided the item is in its original packaging and in a good, saleable condition. Please include a copy of your receipt with the return.

Please note that for hygiene and personalisation reasons, we cannot offer refunds on earrings or any other personalised items.

For items purchased in one of our physical stores, you may return them within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt and provided they are in their original condition. Sale items are non-refundable.

We aim to process all returns and issue refunds within 1 to 2 weeks of receiving the item back at our warehouse.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team immediately via email.

If you have received the wrong item in your delivery, we sincerely apologise. Please get in touch with us, and we will arrange to send you the correct item as soon as possible.

If an item appears to be missing from your delivery, please first check your delivery note or order confirmation email. If it confirms an item was shipped but is not present, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

How to Return an Item

You can return an item to us either:

  • By Post: Please securely package the item and mail it to us.
  • In Person: You may also return the item directly to any of our store locations.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item). We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning your order.

We remain responsible for any refund once we have received the returned goods.
